Stephen founded Ndorbor's Care based on his extensive background in community health nursing. His vision of accessible, equitable healthcare drives every decision the organization makes. He leads with passion, integrity, and unwavering commitment to community well-being.

Roland Kpadeh
Deputy Leadership & Operations
Assists CEO with organizational management and strategy. Acts in CEO's absence while maintaining continuity of operations and organizational mission.

Rhymie M. Kollie
Project Management & Implementation
Oversees all health projects and community initiatives.
Manages field supervisors and technicians to ensure project quality and timely completion of all health programs.
Coordinates with stakeholders to align program goals with organizational objectives. Tracks performance metrics and prepares reports for leadership review.

Secretary & Administration
Responsible for recording and reporting all organizational activities. Manages administrative communications, documentation, and ensures proper organizational record-keeping. Serves as administrative backbone of the organization.
Technical Department
Oversees technical operations including Monitoring & Evaluation, IT systems, Security, and facility maintenance. Ensures smooth organizational operations and proper use of technology for health service delivery.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Monitors and evaluates the timing and effectiveness of every project. Uses data to measure impact, identify areas for improvement, and ensure programs achieve their health goals and serve communities effectively.
